Downloading product deliverables

The My Downloads page enables you to get new software deliverables, a new or updated license file, or template data to run a training session or start your implementation with a good base configuration.

Note: Depending on licensing status, your download request may be processed automatically or may require further attention before a link is provided that enables you to download the requested deliverables.

Download A365 software deliverables

You can download A365 software as a deployable package. Please note that only the currently supported generally available (GA) and preview releases can be downloaded at any given time.

  1. Go to the My Downloads page.
  2. Click New Download Request and select the Software option in the Type dropdown.
  3. In the Release field, select which of the available releases you want to download the deliverables for.
  4. If you are a partner serving one or more customers, then use the Customer field to indicate which customer you need this for.
  5. Click Submit to send us your new download request. This closes the download request form and takes you back to the My Downloads list.
  6. When your download request is approved and processed, you can click a Download link to retrieve the software deliverable package.

Download a new license file for A365

You can download new or updated F&O license files for A365.

  1. Go to the My Downloads page.
  2. Click New Download Request and select the License option in the Type dropdown.
  3. In the Application field, select which application you want to download a license for.
    1. If you are a partner serving one or more customers, then use the Customer field to indicate which customer you need this for.
    2. IMPORTANT: Specify which Azure Tenant name the license file should be issued for. This needs to match the tenant specified on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 license.
  4. Click Submit to send us your new download request. This closes the download request form and takes you back to the My Downloads list.
  5. When your download request is approved and processed, you can click a Download link to retrieve the new license file.

Download a template data package

You can download template data packages for A365. These data packages are intended to serve as a good starting point for new implementations, testing, training sessions, or product demonstration.

  1. Go to the My Downloads page.
  2. Click New Download Request and select the Data option in the Type dropdown.
  3. In the Application field, select which application data package you want to download.
  4. If you are a partner serving one or more customers, then use the Customer field to indicate which customer you need this for.
  5. Click Submit to send us your new download request. This closes the download request form and takes you back to the My Downloads list.
  6. When your download request is approved and processed, you can click a Download link to retrieve the new license file.
